Shipping

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it, except for custom orders which can take up to 10 working days to be made.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking number in the order dispatch email.

UK Next Working Day Delivery - Tracked

Order before 1pm for delivery before 4pm the next working day. £7.99 to £30 (weight dependent)

Please note that as all items are shipped from the Scottish Highlands 24hr delivery cannot be guaranteed.

International Delivery

Based on the country you are ordering from, you will be presented with both a standard and express tracked service to choose from at checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any local taxes, customs duties or handling charges.

Jewellery Care

Designed for life, each piece of Tansy Beadle Jewellery is crafted with longevity in mind and couldn’t be further from fast fashion. Each individual piece is handmade, using the finest quality materials, avoiding waste.  All pieces are made from glass beads and must be handled with care.  

Storage

As tempting as it is to wear your jewellery 24/7, make sure to remove it before bed and store it in the original box or an alternative cool, dry place. Pieces should be stored laid out flat or hung up, to ensure the fringe will remain uniform and hang flat.

Things to Avoid

Water: Remove items of jewellery before showering, bathing or white river rafting to keep pieces looking their very best.

Perspiration: Can tarnish jewellery items. Take off your jewellery and tuck it away safely, before hitting the gym.

Cosmetics: If using lotions, hairspray, perfumes and heavy moisturisers, it is best to wait until everything is applied before putting on your favourite Tansy Beadle piece.

Cleaning

Use a silver or gold polishing cloth to remove any tarnish and give a lasting shine.  Special anti-tarnish agents impregnated in the cloth will help protect silver and gold items from tarnishing for longer.  

Returns and Refund Policy

Non-Faulty Items

  • Cancellation Rights: If you change your mind about a purchase you have made through the website, you have the right to cancel the purchase at any time up to 14 days from the day after the item was delivered to you. If the item is unused, in its original packaging when returned, a full refund of the purchase price and any outbound delivery costs charged at the standard rate will be made. The costs of non standard delivery charges will not be refunded and you will have to pay the costs of returning the item. You can exchange your item within 21 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund period, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

  • Digital Content: Cancellation rights are waived for digital content and no refund can be offered once download links and digital material has been sent.

  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items. We cannot accept items that have been made by request or made to specification or personalised or altered but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

  • Please Note: All returned items must be sent by tracked and signed delivery, with proof of receipt retained. 

  • Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.

  • Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

  • It can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Faulty Items

You have statutory rights in relation to any goods you purchase from us that are either not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose or as described at the time of purchase. The following time limits apply from the date of purchase:

  • Within 30 days of purchase/delivery you have the right to a refund.

  • After the 30 day period, but within six months of delivery/purchase you are entitled to a repair or replacement.

  • Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.
